7 am morning swim in the pool just 20ft from our beds its a hard life...(yes that is the sea in the background)
The girls in the pool in Manzanilla at the Cocanut Cove Hotel on our Pre Christmas de stressing trip to the East coast...we can recommend this as part of your Christmas preparations to ensure a relaxed, chilled out Trini Christmas.

This is the view of the Nariva river as it reaches the Atlantic ocean along the coat at Manzanilla. The photo does not do it justice. Webters are all well and enjoying a Caribbean Christmas, though we are missing all our friends in Grange, so if you want to pop over and join us to make our Christmas complete you are all welcome...it will be great, go on do it!

Thought of you today as we walked along Grange prom whilst the turkey was cooking - the sun was shining but not quite 25 degrees.
Christmas photos are wonderful - you all look so happy.
