It Floats!

Manzanilla about as busy as it gets...What to do on the last Sat before Christmas...escape the traffic and shopping madness of Chaguanas and go to the beach! We headed off for 2 days on the East coast beaches of Mayaro and Manzanilla. It was fantastic, miles and miles and miles and miles of unspoilt coastline with palm trees, sand and the (warm) Atlantic sea crashing up the beach. Asd you can see we made good use of all the debris washed up on the beach and set too building a raft and then took it out to sea. It was great fun and amazingly it stayed together through the crashing surf! Iona was 'Captain Brazil' which if you have read the latest installment of Mr Gum you will know all about.
