This is a group of young people and parents from St Agnes Church, Port of Spain who have completed the CHAMP course that David has been involved in leading. The 10 week HIV awareness course works with young people ages 11 -14 and their parents looking at issues such as communication between parents and teens, peer pressure, sexual messages in music, HIV information and making dood decisions. It has been one of the highlights of my work whilst in T&T.
This is church on the beach. We set up camp at Maracas bay for a baptism service. I am sure we would have more attendees if it was like this every week! It was good fun picnicing, playing in the waves and building sand castles after church.
