Dog pancake and more...

This is the webstermobile on an adventure to the Southern beaches in Trinidad. The bridge was a rickerty as it looks but we made it accross and back without incident.

"Are you the best pancake maker in the world, Daddy?" came the question one afternoon from Iona. My reply, "the best pancake maker in the world would be able to make pancakes in any shape you wanted". The challenge was then to make a dog shaped pancake...as you can see,I am the best pancake maker in the world!

This Sunday afternoon we went for a visit to La Vega, a garden centre with few ponds, play areas and walks in the bush. We spent time in a small banana plantation and her is Iona with a banana flower petal as a hat. Never a dull moment here...

Hello everyone, We are well impressed with dog pancake, how about an elephant pancake, to scale?!! That bridge looks a bit shakey, glad you made it both ways.Love your hat Iona, it suits you very well. What else can you make to wear from bannana leaves / flowers? hope the funny elbow is improving Ruth, lots of love
