The start... spot the odd one out?David emerged unscathed and posted a personal best time of 1hour 26 minutes in the WMJX mountain bike race at Chagaramas last weekend. I am Now un-officially the 7th fastest mountain biker in T&T !!!Had I entered the veterans over 40 category I would have been 2nd! The weather suited me, lots of mud ,slippy roots and rocks...but it was warm.I was well supported by the girls who cheered, handed water and threw grass as I came past on each lap. It was great fun, bring on the next race...

Congratulations. Great riding from the'old fella'! Can I have a gentle ride on an even track when in T& T?
