Zoe and Iona break up from scool today for 9 weeks! This last week they have been on a trip to a Museum in Port of Spain to look at stuffed dead animals. Having seen all the stuffed animals, one child asked if the two manikins in the next display on slavery were stuffed people?

There were class parties yesterday, which involved lunch deliverd from KFC and pizzas. Ruth needed a lay down in a darkend room when she got home. Iona needs to work on her handwriting over the summer holiday but will stay with the class she is in, Zoe is doing fine. There were national tests last week so our girls had 2 days off as they were not participationg. Testing is Huge here and determins entry into the secondary schools, there is lots of pressure on the all children to do well. Fortunately we will be returning to Grange.

The girls are having swimming lessons twice a week and can now both do Freestyle, non of this breastroke nonsense here! The teacher is excellent and the girls enjoy being cool. The girls sometimes miss their frinds in Grange and we often wonder what you are all up to. Thanks for all the messages, keep them coming.
